For dealers & designers
From floor plan to priced package
Dealers already have the product knowledge and the pricing. What takes the day is assembling it: pulling images, rebuilding the same deck layout, and re-adding every total when the client asks what happens if the chairs change. OPTN handles that part.
The workflow
01
Plan lands
Drop the floor plan in as a PDF or image. Add renders if the design team produced them.
02
Spec the spaces
A page per space, with good / better / best options. Paste in line items with unit price and quantity; option totals calculate as you go.
03
Set the budget lines
Surcharges, delivery / install and tax rate live on the summary page. Change one and every total re-adds itself.
04
Send the link
The client opens the deck in the browser and switches between tiers. Optionally ask for a name and email first so you know who's looking.
05
Read the responses
Every configuration a client submits shows up against their name, with the package they built and its total.
